You can't have two home pages.
When you login it's possible to redirect to a specified page but the Home page remains the same, marked with a gold star in the menu manager.
I think you're looking for a home page redirection function such as found in 'Nomad', a J3 extension (won't work in J5) - see https://extensions.joomla.org/extension/system-nomad/). Is that the sort of thing you want?
I don't know of any similar extension for J5.
